Thanks, W. No I don't feel critiqued at all. And I agree 100% that we're not getting at the root of the problem, and we really really need to do that. And like you I think that we're a long way from having the gumption to do it. I don't know what it's going to take, but I think it will at least partly involve things getting a lot worse for a lot more people. :(

Come to the meeting tomorrow, bring a sign! Tell your friends and neighbors! Feel free to copy my earlier post to your HOA. Whatever it takes!
