Triple espresso?

I bought a light for treating my seasonal depression. Today is the first day I used it, as directed. I think it worked, but it may have worked a little too well. Between about 11am and 12:30, I was a little bit manic, wired, buzzed -- as if I'd had a honkin' huge hot cup of caffeine.

I don't really enjoy feeling that way. Tomorrow, I'm cutting the time I use it by 10-15 minutes.

Yep, sorry I haven't replied, Maggie's been taking super-short naps, so I haven't been able to do much. Now she's finally napping a normal lenght of time (it's been nearly 2 hours already!!!) but I'm on the laptop which doesn't have any email addresses on it (Eric's working from home this afternoon on the regular computer.)

I'd love to get together soon -- maybe Tuesday next week?
