Another update

After yesterday's horrible entry (friends only due to its awfulness) I feel I should publicly update and say that I am feeling better today. I got to go out to writing group this morning, which was a great break from this blasted house. Upon arriving back home I discovered that it actually doesn't smell like a cesspool in here at all. Must have been one of those "I've been home too much" hallucinations that happen when you're stressed and annoyed and have spent too much time at home.

I slept better last night than I did the night before. And I think I ate better yesterday than I did on Saturday. I took more vitamins, had a wider variety of beverages. All of these things may have come together to help me feel better today.

Now if only I could get the house clean.

Yeah, you're going to be tired at this stage no matter what. This nice weather has brought back my cold beer craving! I never even liked beer much, but now that I can't have it, it sounds so good.

...And you'll still be carrying extra pounds. They'll just be in your arms instead of in your belly. :-)
