I was finally feeling well enough today to be reasonably productive.  Three loads of laundry, vacuumed most rooms of the house, lots of purging of small items that have gathered on most of the flat surfaces, booked flights, car, and hotel for most of our upcoming vacation (still need one hotel night), (and damn but that took a long time, about 2-1/2 hours!), *and* I managed to eat all meals on time and have a snack with Maggie this afternoon.  And I'm posting this because I cannot get out of my head the Kindergarten registration papers, home refinance papers, faxes, and phone calls, FSA papers and faxes, and unpaid bills that I need to get to.  Not to mention organizing the tax papers and entering some of that data as I find time.  But my brain is fizzing, so no more work tonight.  I'm not even certain I can concentrate on my latest Terry Pratchett, though I'm hoping so.  God but he's brilliant.

Edited to add: Also I need to take care of a bunch of HOA stuff.  Yesterday.  Bah.

Thanks, me too! It's nice to be only slightly more behind than usual, rather than in the pit we've been in since the pestilence struck right before Valentine's day.

Ha ha! Did you feel a sharpened blade, swinging back and forth as it dropped closer and closer to your chest, which was bound to a platform with thick ropes? And vermin scurrying about in the background?
