Big Sit Update, Day 4

I'm experiencing sit-fail, forgetting to meditate each day until I'm too tired to care.  So, Day 1 -- success, if you count laying down.  Days 2-3 -- fail.  Day 4 (today), I'll get a few minutes in instead of my reading time, I promise.  And tomorrow I'll remember to do it during the day, or else if the weather is still good I may do a walking meditation.  (I took a walk today, but there was no meditation intention, so I'll count it as a lovely wonderful walk, but that's all.)
