The future of democracy
Feb. 1st, 2004 02:09 pmWe all need to pay attention to what is going on in areas that currently have electronic voting -- the flaws, the laws, the complaints on both sides. Whether or not your vote will count in 2004 may not depend on it, but whether or not your votes will count in 2008, 2010, 2012 and beyond very likely will depend on how we all respond to this now.
