Race day, Part deux

Good news -- The rabbit ears work!  And then the TiVo has been resurrected [note to self: time for a new DVR :(  ]

Less than 30 laps to go and at least three of the women who started are out.  Tony Kanaan went into Sarah Fisher, both are out.  The one who looks like a supermodel blew a tire.  Danica got hit coming out of the pit and man is she pissed. 

I'll get to watch the end twice because Maggie's napping and I'm recording it for her.

Anxiously hopeful, yes. I am concerned that mudslinging, fear-mongering, and ignorance will get in the way of an outstanding opportunity for this country to be great again. But I want to believe.

Thanks for reminding me about that post, thanks for remembering! (Mind if I ask whom I am addressing?)

Just a long-time (and shy) lurker to your blog. I remembered that you made a comment on Obama's potential back around the 2004 election, so I looked it up on your archives.

Thanks for lurking. And commenting. :) Thanks for remembering I had posted about Obama way back. I remember being terrifically impressed with him, but I forgot I had actually posted something.
