what are the (#/###) notations after some of the entries?

The first number is how many I've achieved, the second number is the number of weeks, days, or months, depending on the item. Except #3, which allows for 2 grocery store trips per week for the duration of the experiment. So, for example #59, I've managed to read at least 20 pages/day on 25 of the 1001 days (approximately, if I'm being honest; it's probably a few more but I lost count).

Your list has been an inspiration to me! I decided to start my own. It's such a great way to organize the things you want to get done. :)

That's so cool! And your list actually *has* 101 things on it. I'm still needing to finish. :-/

Thanks for letting me know. It's so gratifying to know that something I intended to do pretty much entirely for myself has touched and inspired someone else. I'll be adding your blog to my feeds to keep up with your progress.

Oops, didn't realize I was logged out. Weird.

Also I wanted to add that I use Joe's Goals to keep track of things I am trying to do often, like reading daily or using re-useable grocery bags on trips to the store. You might like it, too.
