What is it about March?

This time of year just kicks my ass, again and again and again.  If I were a millionaire, I'd head for the equator for the next 10 weeks so I don't have to deal with this shit.  But I'm not, so I have to figure out how to deal with it.

For some reason February has been less of an issue for me than it seems to be for a lot of people. I have trouble in March and April, and if it's gloomy, May too. I think I'll start trying to use my SAD Light again and see if that helps. I should probably get outside more, too, but it feels so darn cold, I just want to stay in and curl up.
