Nothing like getting two-thirds of the way through a chicken sandwich, looking down, and noticing that's the chicken is not actually fully cooked.

Here's hoping it was very fresh, very healthy chicken.

Got it at New Season's deli. I've never had a problem there before, but they were super busy so they must have lost track of which chicken had been on the grill how long. I'm feeling fine this morning, so knock wood and maybe there won't be any repercussions.
