Trying out my new icon

It was 70 degrees outside already at 8:00 this morning. That's very unusual for these parts 'round here. So glad we have air conditioning, now. Bummed that we have to use it all day, though. Cooler weather comes in tomorrow, and next weeks looks positively brilliant on the energy-savings-yet-still-summertime-weather front.

Eh, you're allowed to slack. You're all lovey-dovey and then goin' away to college an' stuff.

Not sure how many more weeks I'll be at the writing group, but it will keep meeting, at least through the summer. I plan to keep going through the end of this month at least, and I hope through mid-July. Then I may be too big and bloated to get around. :-)
