Yeah, I know it's pretty unfair of me to even try to compare the two. Actually, that wasn't my original intention, it just happened. Guess I should keep a tighter rein on my LJ entries.
I would like to see more movies with great writing in them being made these days. They seem tough to come by right now.
And I really do dread being expected to take my kid to such "family fare" as "Garfield," etc. OTOH, there was a preview for "Thunderbirds" that made it look entertaining. Not exactly mentally stimulating, but fun anyway.
