General update
I have so darn many things I want to update about, and I've had trouble finding time to get to any updates. Well time and, until today, energy. My visit with my parents went really well, but I was pretty pooped afterward (does anyone say 'pooped' anymore?) So, I spent a lot of Wednesday and Thursday sleeping. Today has been about catching up on laundry and doing some grocery shopping.
What a dull update.
Here's what to look for in the future:
* My summer reading list
* A recipe for raspberry brownies
* Stories about the family visit
* Whatever strikes my fancy
Right now, though, it's back to the laundry, time to plan dinner, do a little of my summer reading, turn off the sprinkler, and figure out what needs to get done this weekend. And I think I'll probably munch on a hunk of Scharffen-Berger chocolate, too. Chocolated babies are happier babies. (Reuters had a much better link for that a few weeks ago, but it doesn't seem to be working now.)

Scharffen-Berger's lovely, but if you like dark chocolate, Dolfin 88% at Pastaworks packs a wallop.
Ooh, chocolate macarons today at Pearl Bakery, and coffee ones yesterday. Yippee!
