Wow--Charlotte makes it sound like heaven. I'm not sure I have the courage yet, or the miracle spinach, whatever that is. A friend has a great gazpacho recipe, but it's better when tomato season rolls around. Good idea about the minestrone.
How'd the pizza turn out? I've seen those dough balls at Trader Joe's, too, but have never tried them.
