You can do it--that 15 minute thing Laurie Halse Anderson does really helps. I started doing it the first summer she did it and that's really what helped me make the daily commitment I needed to make. Now, although I don't write on my two teaching days, I write every other day of the week.

Plus, as Jenn said, you are writing more than one thing at a time. It does help to have more than one project in some stage, so that if you get bogged down on one, you can work on another.
