No one person would get paid that much, it's an agency that would send two people.

I hired someone in 2004 when I was pregnant and paid her about $12 or $15/hour I think. Guess I'll stick with the private individuals instead of the agencies.

Yeah, that's much more reasonable.

I have a feeling if I hired a cleaning person it would just infuriate me more when the kids made a big mess:P

That is a huge bargain, if it's what you'd pay. It's a huge ripoff if that's what you're being paid for it.
