We returned today from a trip back east to finally introduce Maggie to the extended families. She charmed the heck out of everyone she met, then spent the nights keeping us awake. She flies well, though, we've learned. Once the plane takes off, she just sleeps.
She's officially teething. Or should I say TEETHING!!! Her first tooth broke through Friday evening. She'd been worrying her gums with the cute little tip of her tongue for two solid days. I took her to the bedroom for bedtime, and she grabbed my hand and stuck my thumb in her mouth like, "hey, I've been working on this thing and now I want you to know about it." Sure enough, there was a hard little edge poking out of her gums on the lower right side. I took her out to show all the relatives, and she grinned proudly to each and every one of them.
I'll have to post more tomorrow, I'm deliriously exhausted.
