Miss Molly, the prodigal cat, is back. Sort of. She came inside for slighly more than a minute before heading back out again.

We're taking away her car keys. And her cell phone. There must be consequences for making us worry.

Next time she shows up, tell her she's grounded, too.

Oh thank goodness! I actually woke up from a lost cat dream this morning that was inspired by your temporary loss!

Offfffff topic - I still haven't reached "Hearts of Horses" in my pile of to-reads, but I heard an interview with Molly Gloss yesterday (Book Lust, I think was the podcast show) and it's intrigued me even more. Have you read anything else by her? There's another one called "Dazzle of Day" that I must check out too - it sounds right up my aisle.

Now if I can just find the time to read. at least I can fit in the book podcasts while I'm working!

She needs some Tough Love.

I don't suppose Molly would like for me to get a kitten for her to play with? Give her a reason to stay home? More likely she'd just corrupt the poor thing.

The first book I read by Molly Gloss (no relation to Molly the cat) was "The Jump Off Creek," which is fantastic. I've also got "Wild Life" waiting on my shelf, where it's been for a couple of years.

I need to get my ipod working. If I can't find time to read, maybe I can at least listen to something.
