As Maggie and I left for daycare this morning, we saw dozens of geese flying ... North.

???

I saw some guess flying north today, too, and then they made a sharp right and headed east. Go figure.

Now is the winter of our discombobulation.

We've been hearing geese above all weekend long -- and it's the first time I remember hearing them since fall of 2005 -- late AND confused!

That was me. Being not logged in. Apparently.

Yeah, I sort of took note a few weeks ago of the fact that I hadn't seen many this year. But what are we to make of these strange portents?
