- Eight hours of sleep every night, sometimes more
- To wake up healthy each morning
- Two thousand satisfying and nutritious calories to eat every day (God I would fucking kill for two thousand calories a day 30 days in a row. Fucking. Kill.)
- Time to spend reading every day
- Time to spend writing every day
- Time to spend with friends every week
- No letters from the IRS saying we owe them money
