It's quail season!

Bzzrrrt, sorry, that would be a "bevy" or "covey" of quails (or quail, either plural is correct.)

They make the coolest little sounds of distress when you come near (like within 25 feet), too, and they skitter off like you won't see them running into the shrubbery. They're charmingly comical.
