Life, the Universe, and Everything

I won't call it an epiphany, because that suggests I know something about something (in this case, myself) that I didn't know before, which is untrue. I've known it for a long time, and yet, in putting my situation into words, a brief paragraph, I feel I've accomplished something new, at the very least, a way of sharing my understanding of myself with someone else. The question I now have is, am I willing to put this sound-bite before the world and receive any the world's responses? Or, more likely, receive the quiet chirping of distant crickets, which is the most response I expect?

I wonder what this was all about? I think I actually did write it down somewhere. Funny how something that's a big deal one day can be so utterly forgotten within a few weeks....
